Overview
Gert Vonck is the founder of appfie, a company he started in April 2016, and is based in Brussels. From December 2014 to May 2017 he worked at Tobania in CRM business consulting and change management.
Earlier, Vonck spent several years at Deutsche Bank, where he was head of IT COO from October 2009 to October 2012 and then lead business analyst for sales and channels until May 2014. Before that, he was a senior CRM business consultant at RealDolmen from January 2008 to October 2009.
He studied multimedia and communication technology at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2003, after attending Handelsschool Aalst. He has since taken further training in business process management and business intelligence at Vlerick Business School, change management at Hogeschool Antwerpen, business analysis and requirements management with Volere, as well as courses in ITIL, Prince 2 project management and Siebel CRM.
