- You don't need another tool to build a proactive CS team. You need a system simple enough that your team actually uses it, plugged into the data you already have (yes, the HubSpot data that's currently just sitting there). Excited to talk about how to use HubSpot to drive NRR by building a proactive CS team; because "we'll just check in with them before renewal" is not a strategy.
