Overview

Jean-Pol Detiffe is based in Charleroi and is the founder of OncoDNA, where he has been Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and a board member of OncoDNA and Integragen since January 2021, having served as founder and chief executive from November 2012 to January 2021. In 2025 he founded Vicus Padel, and in September 2023 he co-founded OncoRNA. He has sat on the board of directors of Sambrinvest since January 2021 and on that of the Clinique Notre-Dame de Grâce since December 2020, and since January 2014 he has taught pharmacogenomics at the Université libre de Bruxelles as a hospital pharmacist.

Detiffe founded DNAVision SA in 2004 and led it as chief executive until February 2012, and he was a member of the board of BioWin, the Health Cluster of Wallonia, from 2009 to 2012. He began his career at Quality Assistance in 1997, working in business development, then as pharmacist director assistant and in biotechnology business development until December 2003.

He qualified as a pharmacist at the Université catholique de Louvain in 1995, where he also took an agregation in sciences and a bachelor in business administration at IAG, and completed studies as an industrial pharmacist at the Université libre de Bruxelles in 1999.
