Overview
Kim Schaefer is COO and co-founder of RealityMatters Inc., a role she has held since January 2021, and has been COO and co-founder of RealityMatters Europe since December 2015. She is based in the United States. Since May 2015 she has also been Chief Operating Officer of UCAN Communications, and in February 2023 she joined the board of Belwest.
Earlier, Schaefer was Assistant Director of Marketing at Toyota Motor Europe from May 2005 to December 2015, having previously been Executive Office Manager at CAE between July 2003 and May 2005. From September 2012 to May 2015 she served as a board member of Jong Voka Mechelen.
She studied Business and Corporate Communications at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen, completing a bachelor's degree in 2003.
