Overview
Kris Goubert is co-CEO of fisheye, a role he has held since July 2024. He is based in Gent and states expertise in management, operations management and concept development. He had been CEO of Fisheye from May 2003 until taking up the co-CEO role in 2024.
Earlier, Goubert co-founded Starbot, where he worked from January 1999 to March 2003, and he co-founded Mankind NV, holding that role from April 2015 to May 2018. He was managing director of Blinkblink from February 2005 to December 2019. He also worked as a photographer, with Coptermotion from 2005 to June 2017 and under his own name at www.krisgoubert.com from 1999 to May 2017.
Goubert studied photography at HOGENT from 1993 to 1996 and completed a Master in Arts in photography at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Ghent between 1995 and 2000, with a period of digital photography study at Arts University Bournemouth in 1998. He took courses at KISP in Multimedia/Director in 1999 and in PHP and Dreamweaver from 2003 to 2004, and studied at Sint-Lukas Brussel.
