Overview
Luc Stultjens is a co-founder of aerovantis, a role he took up in September 2025. He is based in Beringen. Since March 2016 he has run ADVISORATE as its manager, and he has sat on the board of VLRI vzw since June 2024 and on the board of advisors of Fresh Tray since February 2025.
At a private company he was Chief Governance Officer during 2023, having previously been Community Manager Benelux from October 2022 to March 2023. He was IBN coordinator at Flemish Aerospace Group vzw from 2017 to 2022 and, from 2020 to 2022, business group leader for Agoria FLAG. Between 2016 and 2019 he was sales director for Europe at Air-Craftglass Inc.
Stultjens was president of Aerotecs from 1991 to 2017. He directed European sales at Measurement Systems Inc in Marietta from 2001 to 2010 and at Flight Environments from 2000 to 2002, and was European sales manager at Cooper Power Tools from 1987 to 1991. He began his career as a production foreman at Ford Motor Company in 1972, then worked as a sales representative at Belgian Industrie Service from 1978 to 1986.
He holds a master's degree in business administration from IVA Driebergen.

- We’re here — and we’re ready for two days of great conversations. AeroVantis is all set at Port of Antwerp-Bruges International for the Port of the Future Week. And judging by the conversations we’ve already had with fellow exhibitors, this promises to be a very interesting event. - One year ago, AeroVantis was an idea backed by a strong conviction. Today, it has become something much more tangible. On 1 September 2025, we incorporated AeroVantis at DronePort Sint-Truiden. Since then, we have spent a year listening to customers, testing assumptions, developing concepts and building the ecosystem around us. That resulted in completed Proof of Business, co-creation sessions, LoI’s and LoS’s, a non-disclosed customer MoU and the first living lab project ideas.
