Overview
Mark Lebouille is a manager based in Belgium. Since June 2026 he has been Country Manager Benelux at Craftview and general manager of both Plenion - Business & Mobile ERP Solutions and Gilde Software by CRAFTVIEW. He has also been managing director at IT IS 42 since June 2020, with responsibility for value creation, organisational design and P&L leadership. From May 2020 to February 2026 he was chief executive officer of BMI Leisure.
Before that he was at Van de Velde, where he led digital commerce from October 2017 and then headed the commercial function until April 2020, and he sat on the advisory board of Digital Wednesday between 2016 and 2018. He was algemeen directeur of MyMicro Group B.V., manager SME and marketing at Van Gansewinkel Group, and commercieel directeur at Energiedirect.nl. At RealNetworks he held director and senior director roles in conversion and retention for Realgames Europe. His career began at Vodafone in 1996, where he worked in strategic radio planning, marketing analysis, pricing and propositions until January 2008.
He studied applied mathematics at the University of Twente, where he also lectured in 1994, and took a Master in Technological Design in Mathematics for Industry at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he was an AIO. His stated areas of expertise are change management, commercial management, operational excellence, strategic leadership and business transformation.
