Overview
Merijn Mestdagh is the chief executive officer of m-Path Software, a role he has held since August 2024. He is based in Mechelen.
Before that he spent more than a decade at KU Leuven. He began as a PhD researcher on an FWO fellowship from October 2013 to October 2018, continued as a postdoctoral researcher until October 2020, and then held a postdoctoral research position under an FWO fellowship from October 2020 until August 2024.
He studied at KU Leuven throughout, taking a bachelor's degree in computer science between 2007 and 2010, a bachelor's degree in psychology between 2009 and 2011, and a master's degree in mathematical engineering between 2011 and 2013.

In the news
- In 2021, Rogier Kievit approached us with the idea of developing cognitive tests in m-Path. Over the following years, we had the pleasure of working with the CODEC team to build a series of visually engaging cognitive tasks, including versions suitable for children. These became the very first cognitive tests integrated into the m-Path platform.
