Overview
Michael Willemse is a co-founder and cloud native architect at Cloudway, a position he has held since September 2017. He is based in Brussels.
Since September 2025 he has also been a co-founder of Inferra, and since February 2022 he has served as light director at Pantoloons.
Before Cloudway, Willemse worked at XT-i, where he was a Java consultant from October 2014 to September 2017 and a cloud consultant from January 2015 to September 2017. Earlier, in 2008, he spent several months as a customer service representative at Register NV by Register.be.
He studied at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a bachelor's degree in toegepaste informatica, and attended Utrecht University from 2011 to 2013.
