Overview
Michel Collard is the CEO of PharmaScan Belux, a role he has held since June 2022, and is based in Brussels. Since March 2020 he has also been the owner of Collard Consulting.
Collard spent from September 2004 to December 2015 at Eli Lilly and Company, where he was successively Corporate Affairs and Market Access Manager, Business Unit Manager Retail, Marketing and Sales Operation Director, Senior Director for Lilly Diabetes in European Mid-Size markets, and, from May 2013, Managing Director for Belgium and the Netherlands. In January 2016 he joined Celgene as General Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, remaining until February 2020. Between 2018 and January 2020 he served as Vice Chair of the board of pharma.be.
He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from IESN, obtained in 1990, and a master's degree in public affairs from the Université catholique de Louvain, completed in 1993. In 2004 he took part in the Young Manager Program at INSEAD.
