Heremans studied applied information technology at UC Leuven-Limburg, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2012. During that period he also held a series of architecture roles: enterprise architect and business architect at KBC Bank & Verzekering from 2018 to 2019, enterprise data architect at SWIFT in 2021, enterprise architect at Johnson & Johnson from 2021 to 2022, enterprise data architect at EDF Luminus in 2022, and chief enterprise architect in the AI division of bpost from October 2022 to January 2024.

A couple of weeks ago, Innovation Ventures (Trickle) was dissolved. Almost four years trying to build something that solved a real problem. We gave it everything. Connections, reputation, cash, I burned through all of it chasing lift-off. The product never caught on. At some point I was told I shouldn't write my own social posts anymore.
