Overview
Nadine Khouzam is the founder and CEO of codenplay, which she founded in May 2017. She is based in San Francisco, and states expertise in leadership, team leadership, cross-functional team leadership, social innovation and technological innovation.
She worked at Meta from February 2018 to April 2025, first as impact measurement lead on the Infrastructure Connectivity Program and then, from January 2022, as data and product manager for Network Investments. Between February 2023 and December 2024 she was a co-founder of Cohesion Belgium. From January 2017 to July 2023 she was a Global Shaper and vice-curator with the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum.
Khouzam joined Real Impact Analytics in April 2014 as a big data consultant and data scientist, later serving as project manager and as Smart CAPEX product manager and pre-sales until August 2017. Earlier in 2014 she was a junior IT consultant at Sopra Banking Software, and from September 2011 to June 2012 a teaching assistant in computer science at the Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles.
She was a field hockey goalkeeper with the Royal Belgian Hockey Federation from 2006 to 2016, competing at the 2012 Olympic Games. She holds a bachelor in engineering with a minor in computer science and a Master of Engineering in computer science and artificial intelligence from the Université libre de Bruxelles, and studied large language models at Stanford University in 2025.
