Overview
Niki Schryver is the founder and CEO of COSH! Conscious Shopping Made Easy, a role she has held since May 2018, and is based in Brugge. Between June 2020 and March 2021 she also worked as a sustainable fashion consultant at MAD Brussels.
From 2012 to 2018 she was a business developer for omni-channel e-commerce and marketing at Sportline / Upgrade Interior Solutions. Earlier, from 2007 to 2012, she worked in business development and consultancy at HONEST By bruno Pieters., and in 2010 she spent several months as production manager at Les Hommes.
Schryver studied fashion technology at HOGENT, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2007, and spent 2006 studying fashion design in Paris with Parsons School of Design - The New School. She followed the Young Management Programm in general management at Vlerick Business School from 2010 to 2011 and qualified as a certified coach in circular economy at SYNTRA Brussel between 2018 and 2019. She attended the Steinerschool Brugge.

Yet right now, local governments 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 5-100𝐱 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 (depending on the city) — through auto-renewing contracts — on a US-owned company measuring empty shops, whose business model is to 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, than they spend helping local retailers make the switch to sustainable, circular behaviour. - As of last week, destroying unsold clothes is no longer a normal business decision in the EU, it's a compliance question. On 19 July 2026, the 𝗘𝗨'𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 came into force for large companies under the ESPR. In France alone, around €630 million worth of unsold products are destroyed every year. In Germany, nearly 20 million returned items were discarded annually. That's the waste this regulation targets. - On 11 June, I spoke at the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels, alongside MEPs, the World Travel & Tourism Council, and tourism SMEs from across Europe. https://lnkd.in/eBckAFx8 The topic: the future of sustainable, digital tourism. But I wasn't there to just talk theory, we showcased what the smal impact of listing and digitising circular and more sustainable SME's in Poreč, Croatia, means after 10 months. How often they were visited, the amount of traction they had and in which languages we've guided tourists to them.
