Olaf Schmeink is Chief Operating Officer of Quantessence, a role he has held since July 2024, and is based in Zürich. Since May 2026 he has also been a co-founder of CoreLateral and a senior advisor to Counselops, Inc. He studied at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, completing a Diplom in Informatik (FH) in 1996, took an MBA in entrepreneurship at James Madison University in 1996, and gained a diploma in business administration from BSB - Burgundy School of Business in 1997.
