Overview
Pascal Aerens is a co-founder and the Chief Product Officer of Neterium, a role he has held since December 2017. He is based in Luxembourg.
Before Neterium, he co-founded Hexalina in January 2017 and spent the year there. He was Head of Innovation at Accuity from December 2015 to December 2016, and prior to that worked at Fircosoft, where he was Head of Product Strategy from October 2012 and then Managing Director for Risk & Compliance Products. From April 2008 to October 2012 he was the founder and chief executive of telovia, and from January 2003 to March 2008 he headed product management at SIDE International.
His earlier career was in software engineering and architecture. He was a software architect at AtosEuronext, a senior software engineer at Tradeware, and a software engineer at Uniway_Belgium, SWIFT, BIM and BelFOX (Euronext), beginning in September 1991.
Aerens studied computer science at HELMo from 1985 to 1990, and in 2011 completed two courses at the Luxembourg Institute of Registered Auditors on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism.
