He founded Cambiste.com, a company that gave access to investment in the currency market, and Saxo Bank bought it two years after its creation. Saxo Banque France, the Danish bank's French subsidiary, was launched in 2008 out of that acquisition. Dusoulier was president and chief executive of Saxo Banque France for eight years and head of Western Europe for Saxo Bank. He studied at the University of Westminster. He has also invested in fintech companies including Younited Credit, Dashlane, B2C2 and Trustpair.
Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier is the founder and chief executive officer of IbanFirst, a cross-border payments and foreign exchange platform for small and medium-sized companies. The business was created in 2013 in Paris under the name FX4Biz and took the iBanFirst name in 2016. It is headquartered on Avenue Louise in Brussels, is authorised and regulated as a payment institution by the National Bank of Belgium, and employs more than 350 people across 15 offices in Europe. It serves more than 10,000 clients, lets them hold, collect and send funds in over 25 currencies, and processes more than 2.5 billion euros of transactions a month. iBanFirst raised 46 million euros in venture rounds from 2016 onwards, backed by Xavier Niel, Elaia and Bpifrance Large Venture, before Marlin Equity Partners became its largest shareholder through a growth equity deal announced on 27 May 2021, with Dusoulier becoming the second-largest shareholder. The company bought NBWM and Forexfix in 2019 and closed the acquisition of London foreign exchange provider Cornhill in November 2022. In May 2024 it said it had been EBITDA positive since the end of 2023 on monthly volumes of 2 billion euros. It obtained an electronic money institution licence from the Financial Conduct Authority in March 2025, and Dusoulier relocated to London to lead the company's UK phase. In November 2025 Sonia Azzouzi Boudier was appointed deputy CEO and Aurore Gaspar Colson non-executive director.
