Quentin Blervaque

Overview

From the incorporation of RFTS Belgium in September 2022 he sat on its board as one of two individual directors and held half of its shares. From 6 December 2024 he no longer holds that seat in his own name and instead acts as the physical representative of Raftech Solutions, the Portuguese company that was appointed managing director of the Belgian entity and that by November 2025 owned all of its shares.

Quentin Blervaque is one of three founders of RFTS Belgium, the Belgian company behind the IT consultancy Raftech. The company was incorporated by notarial deed on 8 September 2022 as a private limited company with 4,000 EUR of starting capital, together with Antonio Reis Colaco and Vasco Rodeia Torres Colaco. Blervaque, a French national, subscribed 2,000 of the 4,000 shares and was one of the two directors named at incorporation. The registered seat moved from Lasne to Avenue Louise 65 in Brussels in February 2023. On 6 December 2024 the two individual directorships ended and Raftech Solutions, the Portuguese company constituted in Lisbon on 5 November 2021, was appointed managing director of RFTS Belgium for an indefinite term, represented by Blervaque. By November 2025 Raftech Solutions held all 4,000 shares of the Belgian company. Raftech sells cloud services, digital transformation, and AI and data solutions through three collaboration models: time and materials, nearshore delivery from a Lisbon hub, and dedicated teams. It works in energy and utilities, automotive, logistics and transportation, and financial services, with practice areas in software development, business intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, big data and business analysis. It runs offices in Brussels and Lisbon, states 74 employees across 12 nationalities, and advertises openings in Brussels, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Porto.
