Rafa Vicente

Overview

Rafa Vicente is a co-founder of disso, a company he co-founded in January 2019, and is based in Porto Alegre. He also works as a strategic designer at Labuta Labs, a role he took up in March 2026. His stated areas of expertise are facilitation, experience design, strategic design, organisational culture and engagement, and internal communication.

Between November 2025 and February 2026 he was a project manager and facilitator at Laborama - Cultura Organizacional. Earlier, from March 2014 to August 2017, he worked as a teaching support laboratory technician at Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, and from June 2012 to December 2013 he was director of gastronomy at the Baha'i World Centre.

He studied gastronomy at Unisinos and returned there between 2018 and 2020 for a specialisation in strategic design, innovation and prototyping of the product-service system.
