Rudi Bollen

Overview

Bollen has run ANRU CONSULT, a management consultancy company registered at the same Diepenbeek address, since 30 April 1999. He became manager of ICASA SOURCING SOLUTIONS on 1 October 2001, and in 2007 took on the same role at ICASA BUSINESS CONSULTING, ICASA HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS and ICASA ICT SOLUTIONS. Since June 2015 he has sat on the boards of ICASA Group and ICASA ENERGY SOLUTIONS as permanent representative of ANRU CONSULT, in both cases as director and managing director. In November 2025 Bollen was registered as the representing natural person for ICASA Group in the ICASA FINANCE VAT unit.

Rudi Bollen is CEO of Icasa, a software company with its seat at Wetenschapspark 23 on Campus Diepenbeek. ICASA sells a cloud suite that fuel and energy retailers use to run their networks end to end, with six modules covering logistics, fuel and energy, convenience, quick service restaurant, mobility and finance, and support for petrol, gas, hydrogen and EV charging. ICASA Group was registered on 26 December 1997 and became a naamloze vennootschap on 29 November 2000. The company renamed its XPetro product the ICASA Energy Software Suite in March 2019. Customer announcements since then include AVIA Weghorst, with more than 130 stations in the Netherlands, LUKOIL BELUX, with 185 stations in Belgium and Luxembourg, UNIMOT in Poland, and a roll-out across 190 Shell retail sites in Hungary. ICASA lists Shell, Esso, TotalEnergies, Q8, Lukoil, Gulf, AVIA and Certas Energy among its customers. In 2023 it launched DX Power, an EV charging payment product, with Dover Fueling Solutions and TSG.
