Overview
Senne Vaeyens is a co-founder and managing partner of Cloudar, a position he has held since August 2013. He is based in Brussels. Since January 2000 he has also run iCAT vof as its owner and freelance consultant.
Before Cloudar, Vaeyens was an infrastructure architect and EMC² presales consultant at e-Square - Uptime Group from March 2012 to February 2014, and a project manager and team leader at Comparex Belgium from April 2008 to January 2012. He spent seven years at Proximus, joining in March 2001 as a customer service engineer for outsourcing, then working as a customer services engineer for videoconferencing from August 2002 and for security and surveillance networking from August 2003 until April 2008. His career began at Dolmen Computer Applications, where he was a customer services engineer for outsourcing from October 2000.
He studied industrial sciences at Vrij Technisch Instituut Aalst from 1994 to 1999 and took a graduaat in applied informatics at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 1999 to 2000. He also studied at GlobalKnowledge.
