Overview
Shahram Sharif is based in Brussels, where he works as an executive team coach and strategic adviser to Healthentia - by Innovation Sprint, a role he took up in November 2025 alongside a similar advisory and board observer position at Evoluno. He has been a business coach and strategic adviser at lifetech.brussels since March 2021, and chairs the board of directors of Innerpreneurs from July 2026.
From November 2022 to April 2025 he was chief executive officer of Liva Healthcare, having previously served as chief business officer for MedTech at Huma. He founded LindaCare in January 2015 and led it as chief executive until September 2020, then continued on its board, first as an executive and later as a non-executive director, until July 2022. He was a founding partner of AmWell from 2014 to 2024, founded and ran Lucid, and held vice president and country manager roles at Anatole. Earlier he worked at BT Global Services, MCI WorldCom, Ando Electric and Current Technology Inc.
He studied at the University of Twente and Utrecht University, and has completed executive programmes at Harvard Medical School, Vlerick Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
