- We've shipped Deep Screening this week. When a candidate says "a few years" or "yeah I've done that", our agent doesn't just move on anymore. It asks a follow-up, like a good recruiter would.
- I don't send voice notes. Many candidates do. That is the whole point of Ringtime: meet workers where they already are. Call, chat on WhatsApp, or talk into the bottom of your phone. All three land in the same screening.
- Here I am begging for votes once again #startuplife We made the shortlist of the Recruitment Tech Awards 2026, in the Best Tool category. Ringtime creates the job ad automatically. Then it screens candidates by phone and WhatsApp and books the first interview. Click the link in the comments and vote for us if you like what we do.
- 15 years ago I was collecting votes so I could DJ at a Drum and Bass festival in Bruges, now I need some help getting votes for Ringtime. How the times have changed 😅 We're nominated for HRtech Startup of the Year by HRmagazine. Voting open until 31 August. Would be amazing if you could help us get there 🙏
