- Most AI health projects start with the customer. Medi-Market Group started with the people who already have their trust: the advisors. We're building Medi'Life with them: an AI advisor built into the device the advisor already carries. It hands them a sourced, safe recommendation to build on, and makes sure nothing a customer shares gets lost the moment they walk out. Not a smarter counter. A way to make the person people already trust even sharper at the thing they're trusted for. Thanks for trusting us with this Pierre Demolin
- Last week I wrote about Zoë Verstraeten taking on two new titles at Nimble. Internal AI Lead, on top of Customer Success Manager. She’ll be making Nimble itself AI-native, not just the products we build for clients. 😉 Since then the question I keep getting is: so what does that actually look like? At NimbleFest, she’ll be answering all of those questions herself. Zoë's taking the stage to talk about leveling up Nimble's own AI-native transformation. What we changed. What broke first. What we're building next. Not a slide deck from a
- The renovation plans for our office landed Monday. 🤩 By Sunday I was already standing in a room that doesn't exist yet, arguing with myself about a doorway. Here's what happened in between. 👉🏻 I ran a small weekend competition: same plans, same brief, two models. GPT-6 Astra against Claude Fable V5.1. Take a set of architectural drawings and give me a space I can actually walk around in. Both came back better than a weekend deserves. The 3D side of GPT-6 Astra is the part I keep going back to. It holds spatial logic across a
- DKV Belgium. Most of us know them for one thing: paying out claims. Ruth Verstraete wants to talk about what comes after that. She chairs Assuralia's health department, so this isn't just DKV's story... it's a read on where the whole sector's heading. Her talk: "The Future of Healthcare. From health payer to health player." The shift she's describing: an insurer that shows up before something goes wrong, not just after. Prevention over claims. Access over paperwork. NimbleFest, Sep 17, Bar Bricolage Ghent. - We've got no shortage of curiosity or AI-expertise at Nimble, everyone's trying something new, but that only becomes real change once someone owns making it happen. 👀 Since July, Zoë Verstraeten has two titles that don't sound like they should share a business card: Customer Success Manager and Internal AI Lead. But they do. As CSM, she keeps our support engineers in flow and makes sure what we build keeps getting better long after a project ends. As Internal AI Lead, her job is turning Nimble itself AI-native: how the studio
- On stage at Stripe Sessions last year, Jony Ive spent a serious chunk of his time talking about the little tab on a cable wrapper. His point was that someone opens the box, pulls the tab, and thinks "somebody gave a shit about me." He called that a spiritual thing. I've gone back to that conversation more times these past weeks than I'd like to admit, and mostly for uncomfortable reasons. Designing digital experiences has always been part science, part art. The science is the half you can measure and defend in a meeting. The art
- Last week, our product designer Amber Aspeslagh gave a lunch talk about how she broke up with Figma 💔 .. not literally, but she poured her “AI-native designing” process into a full storyline, a sort of breakup letter. She explained us why she doesn't build her design system in Figma anymore. Her new stack: Storybook for the design library, Paper for sketching (HTML-based, so it drops straight into code), and Claude artifacts for prototypes that can go live without a handoff. Pairing your skill as a designer with mastery of one tool
- T-1 month and 'excited' is an understatement! Seats are past 90% claimed, so you better hurry if you don't want to miss it. 🫣 Nimblefest.com 🫣 September 17, Bar Bricolage, Ghent. NimbleFest is back for a third round, and this time the conversation goes deeper: what does it actually take to build AI into the core of an organization, not bolt it on top. A peek into the lineup: Pranav Pathak (Booking.com) on agentic AI at the scale of one of Europe's biggest platforms. Pierre Demolin (Medi-Market) on turning a retailer
