Overview
Wout Geeurickx is the founder of Parkeet, which he started in May 2024, and is based in Brussels. Since June 2023 he has also run WeeGee, which he founded. Between March 2024 and December 2025 he was co-founder and hardware lead at Ambiorix, and from August 2023 to December 2024 he advised HealthBlox on hardware and firmware.
Earlier he led the hardware team at ResMed from April 2022 to September 2023, having been hardware lead at Ectosense from April 2020, and before that electronic system design manager at Zenso from September 2017 to April 2020. He held several roles at AFC - Academics for Companies between October 2013 and June 2017, ending as a business analyst, and interned at irex Consulting in 2016 and at ExxonMobil in 2015. In 2015 he worked on B2B support and partnerships at Where is my bike, and from September 2013 to September 2016 he played lead guitar in Tangerine.
He studied at KU Leuven, taking a bachelor's degree in electronic-mechanical engineering in 2015 and a master's degree in energy engineering in 2017, after schooling at Regina Caelilyceum.

- Two years ago, I was pitching Parkeet | Get a bird's-eye view of your parking at Love Tomorrow after being selected as 'Startup of Tomorrow' by Start it Accelerate | @KBC. Back then, I only had some rough first prototypes and especially a lot of hopes and dreams. Last year, Start it Accelerate | @KBC selected us as an Activation during Love Tomorrow so we could demo our product on the Magical Grounds of Tomorrowland.
