Overview
Xavier Laoureux is a co-founder of myproved, which he started in March 2023, and is based in Namur. He holds several concurrent roles: he co-founded Fintensy in May 2016 and mozzeno in March 2015, and since May 2015 has worked under the name XVR on freelance marketing, innovation and interim management assignments. Between April 2015 and October 2022 he ran Trôbon!, which he founded.
Before that he was a partner at Disruption Works Belgium from May 2014 to April 2015. From September 2012 to April 2014 he was managing director of TBWA\ Digital Arts Network Belgium and, from October 2012, head of digital at TBWA\Belgium. He spent six years at Agency.com, joining in May 2006 as an interactive marketing planner, becoming strategic director in December 2009 and managing director in November 2011. Earlier he was a project and account manager at Un pas plus loin, an internal account manager at Cannondale Europe, and a communication officer at Fortis - ebanking.com.
He studied law and business development at the Université catholique de Louvain and took an executive master in marketing and advertising at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2006.
