Overview
Yve Buysscher is the chief executive officer and a co-founder of Qity, which he co-founded in June 2021. He is based in Mere.
Before Qity, he worked at Metronom Health Europe from June 2017, first as principal software engineer and then, from May 2018 until May 2023, as director of software and hardware. From May 2012 to July 2017 he was a usability expert at Medec Benelux. He held two positions at VASCO Data Security, as product architect from July 2010 to January 2011 and as user experience designer during 2013. At Philips he was a system architect from July 2005, technical product manager from December 2008, and system architect and user experience designer from January 2011 to April 2012. He began his career at Intellect International in September 2001 as an embedded software engineer, becoming software team leader in September 2003.
He completed a master's degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering at KAHO Sint-Lieven between 1996 and 2001.
