TLDR

Wim De Bruyne is the CEO of Sofico, the Ghent-based automotive leasing software vendor, appointed in September 2025 to lead the company through its post-Astorg growth phase.

Overview

De Bruyne holds a master's from INSEAD (2007-2008). He started his career at Proximus in product and commercial roles, then spent time at The Boston Consulting Group as a Tech and IT Principal across EU and APAC. At Barco he served as VP Sales for the Healthcare Business and General Manager for the Meeting Experience Business. Most recently he was a Partner at Montagu Private Equity, focused on tech, SaaS, healthcare, and critical-data businesses.
