Yesterday, our Belgian office traded the usual afterwork setting for something with a bit more sea breeze, radio energy and rugby spirit. 🌊🏉
Our colleague Cyriel was on National Radio (Qmusic) at the seaside, where the challenge was simple: could they guess his hobby? The answer: Yep, and pretty fast, rugby.
So we made an afterwork out of it. A moment to cheer him on, enjoy the coast, and spend time together outside the normal workspace as working it isn’t only about projects or strategy sessions.
Sometimes it happens by the sea, with colleagues around you, listening to one of your own represent a passion outside of work.
