Over the past few months, we've strengthened and further clarified the four values we care about most.
There's no better way to have your values represented than by the people who live by them, day by day, today it's time for Cyriel Cnockaert!
The second value is on Empowering, which we defined as, making others genuinely stronger, so they can take initiative and outgrow themselves.
Cyriel thinks that not being needed in the room afterwards isn't a side effect, it's the actual measure of whether the work landed.
