At Aperam, those coils sit on steel sleeves that can weigh 2.6 tonnes on their own, and they need to move between production lines that share space with forklifts, people, and a schedule that changes more often than anyone would like. There's no fenced-off lane for the AGV here. It works inside the same chaos as everyone else.
That's the job our Titan Heavy handles. It carries loads most companies would only trust to a dedicated corridor, and it does it without one, adjusting its route as the floor around it changes.
What's interesting is who they chose to build it. Aperam is a major steel producer. Movanis is a small Belgian outfit competing against automation giants. The deciding factor wasn't scale, it was how deep the technical conversation went, and how fast support could actually show up when something needed attention.
