Atlas doesn't force that trade-off. It's a compact counterbalance forklift, about 3.3 by 1.35 metres, that still places pallets up to 6.8m high with the optional high-reach mast. Positioning accuracy sits within a centimetre, which matters more than it sounds once you're stacking at height near racking you'd rather not clip.
It also switches between indoor and outdoor work without stopping to swap vehicles. Dock handling outside, high-bay replenishment inside, same AGV, same day, weather package included down to β10Β°C.
No fixed infrastructure either. SLAM, reflectors and GPS mean it learns the layout rather than needing the layout built around it.
Worth a look if your warehouse height and your aisle width have never quite agreed with each other.
