Last week I was showing a house in Ibiza to a client, a Belgian founder who's been living in Madrid for years and reminds me a lot of myself a while back
Beautiful house, sea views, the kind that gets you in the first photo
The moment I remember most from that day wasn't when he saw the pool, or when he stepped out onto the terrace and went quiet for a bit, looking at the sea.
It was ten minutes later, sitting in the kitchen, when he asked me again about the management, the cleaning, the maintenance, even though I'd already explained all of this to him previously
I went through it again.
