We look at dozens of houses every month before one makes it into VIVLA
Most get rejected before we even fly out to see them
It's not just about whether the house is nice
We look at the area, the exact spot within that area, the build quality, how close it is to the beach if it's a beach location, or how close to the slopes if it's ski country
We're not buying a house that just looks good in photos, the way anyone would for Airbnb
We're buying the best house available in that area at that moment.
These are a few that made it
Ibiza, Mallorca, Baqueira and Cadiz among them.
We still go see each one in person before we sign
That part we don't delegate to anyone
