Real performance is created in the early stages.
It starts with the raw material, the chemistry behind it and every production decision that follows.
At Aerobel, vertical integration means that we control the material journey from waste or naturally abundant resources to green chemical building blocks, and from those building blocks to high-performance adhesives and insulation materials.
Why does that matter?
Because it enables us to design the chemistry around the performance and allows is to convert our tests into immediate improvements.
That shorter feedback loop helps us refine materials faster, understand their performance more deeply and design sustainability into the process from the beginning.
Vertical integration is not only our business model. It is a technical advantage.
