Most privacy policies look great in a slide deck, but fall apart the moment something actually goes wrong.
Bart van Buitenen and Kenneth Sleijpen had an interesting conversation about exactly that gap: the space between what's written down and what people actually do when a project is live, an incident hits, or a deadline is closing in.
We turned the conversation into a short ebook: "Governance is a Mindset, Not a Document."
