What does wastewater optimisation look like in practice?
In this video, Bardia Ghazanfari, Water System and Data Engineer at Liquisens, demonstrates how Liquisens Predict helps operators move beyond delayed lab results and make better day-to-day decisions.
The model predicts key effluent parameters such as COD, total nitrogen, and suspended solids in real time. It then shows which operational adjustments could bring the plant back within compliance or reduce unnecessary treatment costs when the process is already stable.
In the example shown, the optimisation identifies a potential saving of €250 for a single operating day, while keeping all parameters within their accepted range.
The important difference is that operators stay in control. All optimisation boundaries are defined together with process engineers, environmental advisors, and plant operators.
Watch the video to see how predictive wastewater intelligence turns process data into concrete operational decisions.
