Three things worth noting from the week in supply chain.
Agentic AI keeps shipping. Manhattan, Blue Yonder and MedTech-specific vendors are all rolling out autonomous ops agents. The open question is not capability — it is data quality at the edge.
Logistics keeps consolidating. DSV expects the Schenker integration to be around half complete by year-end, with the bulk done by 2028. Scale first, systems integration second.
EUDAMED's legacy-device registration deadline lands on 27 November 2026. Device-level traceability in the field is now an audit question, not a roadmap item.
The common thread: automation, consolidation and compliance all assume you know where your inventory is. Most organisations still do not, once it leaves the warehouse.
