“Quality kit” is the stuff you only notice when it’s not there.
When panels don’t line up, when doors catch or when the finish scuffs in transit.
The reason our kit holds up is simple: it’s built properly, by people who care about the details.
People like Ian, our Cab Shop Team Leader.
Ian’s been with Ripple for 20 years and leads our joinery team (which included his son at one point!). He works closely with our technical designers to make sure what’s been drawn is what gets built correctly.
Because quality isn’t just the material. It’s:
- how it’s cut and edged
- how it’s assembled
- how it’s checked before it leaves the workshop and
- whether it goes together the first time on site
If it’s anything joinery-related, Ian’s the go-to. Approachable, good-natured, and always up for helping someone solve a problem.
Outside of the workshop, he's a regular at Oldham Athletic (2004) Association Football Club Limited football games!
