Most teams do not have an AI problem.
They have a “where do we start?” problem.
One colleague wants an agent. Another wants a policy. Someone else is still testing prompts in private.
The useful first step is usually smaller:
Choose one repetitive task.
Agree what a good result looks like.
Let AI prepare — not decide.
Review what helped, what failed and what should never leave human control.
That gives you something more valuable than another AI discussion: evidence from your own work.
