Interim Chief Agentic Officer | Building your Agentic Twin beside the existing company
If we founded your company today, would we rebuild the same org chart?
Probably not.
I would not begin with departments.
I would begin with responsibilities:
- Which decisions create disproportionate value?
- Which knowledge must never disappear?
- Which work should happen continuously, even while people sleep?
- Where is human judgment essential?
- Where can agents research, coordinate, build and operate?
Only then would I decide what belongs to people, agents and systems.
The existing company remains invaluable. Its customers, knowledge,
relationships, assets and scars are the evidence.
But its structure is not automatically the answer.
Most AI strategies start at the wrong end: preserve the organisation, then
automate some tasks inside it.
An Agentic Twin starts with the value the company must create. Then it designs
the operating world again from zero.
That is a much harder exercise.
It is also where the real advantage begins.
If you lead a complex company and want to explore what its Agentic Twin could
look like, send me TWIN privately.
