Two months. Slide deck to live app. Here's how we did it 👇
When Sinerisk founder Mattias Vercauteren came to us, the brief was tight: take an insurtech idea to real users on the app stores, fast.
First thing we did was sit down with Sinerisk and list every feature the product could have. Then we cut it back to only what was needed to validate the three core flows with real users. Broker integrations, referrals, premium recommendations were all pushed to later.
We shipped weekly to real phones. Every week, a working app went onto the team's phones. Short loops meant we caught product issues early, before they compounded into rework.
We solved the hard problem first. The toughest part was reading users' existing policies: every Belgian insurer formats them differently. We prototyped an AI document-parsing pipeline in week one and iterated it weekly against real policies, so launch-day accuracy reflected real-world messines.
We built to last. Flutter for one codebase across both stores. .NET on Azure with security baked in from sprint one: managed identities, encrypted storage, audit logging. And Metabase from day one, so Sinerisk had full visibility into product and business from the first release.
The result: live on the App Store and Google Play in two months, core features working end to end, and Sinerisk learning from real users instead of waiting.
