A Belgian company in automotive finance runs a platform that dealers and salespeople use every single day to follow up their targets, commissions, contracts and invoices.
Then an external security test came back with a finding. There had been no breach and no incident, but the technology underneath had stopped receiving security updates three years ago.
The usual answer to a job like that is a project team and six months of work, and that is the exact reason companies keep postponing it in the first place.
Our client got a different outcome. All three applications were rebuilt in three weeks by one developer working with AI agents, and everything was live ten days before the deadline.
The finding was closed, and because the whole thing was being rebuilt anyway, it now works properly on a phone as well, which matters quite a bit for salespeople who spend their day out in the field.
