Sending travellers the final information isn’t the same as making sure they can find it.
A hotel changes. A new voucher is created. An updated itinerary is sent.
And suddenly your traveller has:

Sound familiar? 👀
For travel companies, sending another email might feel like the logical next step when something changes. But from the traveller’s perspective, every new version creates another question:
“Is this the final version?”, and that’s an important distinction.
There’s a difference between sending travellers updated information and giving them access to information that always up to date.
Especially when plans change shortly before (or even during) a trip, travellers shouldn’t have to search through their inbox to figure out which document is still correct.
The goal isn’t to send updates faster. It’s to make the final information easy to find in the first place.
