Two years ago, Rahma Elsaid applied for a student job with no real expectations.
The reality of her life at Rydoo two years in is very different.
Rahma joined our finance team in October 2024, alongside a Business Economics degree at the University of Antwerp. She reviews credit balances, keeps customer data accurate, and handles payment reminders. Detail-heavy work, with real ownership behind it.
What surprised her most wasn't the work, but rather, our culture: "People really invest in each other here."
