According to Gallup, roughly half of remote-capable employees work hybrid. About a quarter are fully remote. Only a fifth are back in the office full time.
At Rydoo/Semine, we've built a global team from day one and we've reacted to the changing in trends of remote/hybrid/in-office by listening to our people first.
We also put real effort into our offices, so they're places our people actually want to show up to. But the choice to work from home when it suits is always there too.
Our People Ops Specialist, Laura Marie Cooreman put it simply: flexibility means she does her best work on her own schedule, not someone else's clock.
