I believe we’re going to stop chasing status the way we used to.
For years status meant a senior title, fancy company car, and a team to manage.
The kind of things that looked great on LinkedIn, but didn’t always feel great on the inside.
Now something’s shifting. Quietly.
And I think it’s about to become loud.
In the decade ahead, I believe status will shift to how you spend your time.
Focussing more on the kind of impact you create.
And whether your work reflects what you actually care about.
Not what you have.
But how you live.
The people we’ll admire most?
Not the ones who chased the ladder.
But the ones who built a life aligned with their values.
The real flex won’t be what’s on your business card.
It’ll be how close your calendar gets to the person you want to become.
That shift is coming, I can feel it.
My goal is to help people rethink how we grow.
Less ladder, more compass.
Because the point isn’t to reach the top.
It’s to move in a direction that feels like you.
