Karomia was one of our very first customers.
Somewhere in 2025, Jens trusted me to support him in finding talent.
There was no product yet, and I barely knew what to build.
Early customers take the risk before the proof exists.
And they shape what gets built by being there first.
Only a handful of companies said yes to Goodshift at day zero.
A few months later the product exists, and we're still helping all of them build their team.
