"But do I have to take a pay cut?"
By far the most asked question I get about impact roles.
The assumption underneath it: choosing impact means choosing less.
Here's what we can show: 75 roles on Goodshift publish a salary range.
That's only 7% of what's open.
As long as the other 93% don't, we can't answer the question with confidence.
But when pay transparency rules land in Belgium, that changes.
Looking forward to sharing salary insights as soon as we have some more datapoints!
