๐ค "Does cell A interact with cell B in my samples?" "What characterizes responders vs. non-responders?"
These are the questions driving spatial biology forward.
But most analysis pipelines were built for single-cell data โ looking mainly at the molecular profile of cells, with spatial context bolted on as an afterthought.
That works fine for simple questions like: "What are tumor cells, and where are they?"
It breaks down fast for harder ones like: "Where does my tumor exhibit heterogeneity?" "What's the difference between these tumor regions?"

By combining powerful molecular signatures with trusted tissue architecture, Cellular Neighborhoods are a new class of spatio-molecular biomarkers to help researchers answer questions about tissues in health and disease.

Weave provides tools to analyze and interpret cellular neighborhoods, all at the click of a button.
โ
From simply looking at which cell types are found in different neighborhoods, to statistical tests that turn a spatial pattern into a biological story.
๐๐ป ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐: this is where molecular biology and histology finally meet โ in one quantitative framework.
