Before #3DxVERSE asks a resident for any data, it shows a "trust signal", a single, plain-language screen.đź’»
It tells the person:
⚙️ Who operates the service
⚙️ That it runs under a governed Trust Framework
⚙️ The purpose of this interaction in one sentence
⚙️ Exactly what data is involved
⚙️ That taking part is voluntary
⚙️ How to withdraw and how quickly data use stops
⚙️ That the resident has verified the service's identity
The design works in three ways: on paper, with assisted support, or fully self-service. đź’ˇ
đź“ťResidents who are not online get identical rights and the same experience as those who are.
This wireframe is engineered to evidence compliance:
→ GDPR Article 11: consent that is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous, captured as an auditable record.
→ GDPR Articles 13–14 and 15: the resident is told everything up front and can retrieve their full record at any time.
→ ISO/IEC 29184:2020/ ISO/IEC 27560:2023: the consent-receipt structure follows the international standard for online privacy notices.
→ EU AI Act Article 50: where AI is involved, the citizen is told.
→ WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549: contrast, resizable text, and availability in the community's languages.
